Your data is handled as set out in our Privacy notice, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. From the Privacy centre in the app you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw a consent or delete your account.
Psychiatrists can write a rule-checked e-prescription with a QR code, which appears in your Records.
Under India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, some medicines can't be prescribed in an online consult. If you need one of them, or need to be examined in person, your psychiatrist will tell you during the consult.
Yes, from the app. You can reschedule up to 4 hours before the start, and you always see the refund amount before you confirm a cancellation.
Cancel 4 hours or more before the start and your consult fee is refunded (the service fee is kept). Cancel later and half the consult fee is refunded. If you don't join, there's no refund. If your clinician cancels, you get everything back. Read the full Refund policy.
